Mountainview Guesthouse is situated in Rosendal, a residential suburb in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, ideally situated for the traveller and business person.

Mountainview Guesthouse offers three double rooms with magnificent views on the Boland Mountains. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms and one of the rooms has a jacuzzi as well.
They are fitted with quality double beds, but one room has two single beds. All beds are fitted with percale linen and quality duvets.

We also have a grannyflat which is ideal for a family with children which is on the grounfloor and ideal for small children. We are not far from the Durbanville Medi Clinic and people who need to be at the hospital can use this as a base. It comprises out of a double bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower, bath, basin and toilet. The lounge has a sleeper coach which can sleep two people. One of the reclining chairs have been designed, so that a small child can use that as a bed.

The kitchen is fully equiped and the lounge has a TV which offer DSTV programmes. Safe parking is just outside the front door and there is a safe place for kids to play.

Each room has a TV with M-Net and DSTV channels, a work desk and hairdryer.

We are only 25 minutes from the centre of Cape Town and the V+A Waterfront, with the Cape Winelands, Table Mountain and many favourite beaches only a stonethrow away.
Tygervalley shopping centre is within walking distance, where there are many cinemas, restaurants and gymnasiums.
